The information we require from you, the customer. May include any of the following:

• Billing/postal address.


How we collect your information
Miss Magpies Supplies usually communicates with customers directly via email or Facebook messenger to collect any info for processing of any preorders . All other information is collected through our website upon you (our customer) placing your order, which is secure.


What we do with your information 
The personal data we require from you is used to process your order or take payment for your order. Payment methods are via PayPal only, We don’t share your information with anyone else.


The processing activities we conduct can be summarized as:
• Managing your payments.
• Processing your orders.
• Printing out invoices for you (we do not keep any paper copies)
• Printing out addresses for your orders (we do not keep any paper copies)


How long we keep your information 
Emails/messages to our website or Facebook page are deleted after communication is ended and any enquiries fully answered. We don’t keep any paper copies of your details/orders. Orders are stored on our website but never shared with third parties.


Your rights
Under the UK Data Protection Bill and General Data Protection Regulations (2018) you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data. You have the right to update and correct it and request a copy of the data we hold
